Watermelon and lime mocktail

What you'll need
- 500ml chilled soda water
- 300g watermelon chunks
- 10 mint leaves
- 2 limes
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Ice
Method
Step 1.
Around an hour before prepping the mocktail, place the watermelon chunks in the freezer to chill.

Meanwhile, prep the limes by juicing them into a blender.
Step 2.
After an hour, remove the watermelon from the freezer and add to the blender with the sugar, soda water, and mint leaves.
Step 3.
Blend until smooth, and if you’d prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more soda water.

Once blended, pour into a jug filled with ice.
