What you'll need
- 6 Co-op tomatoes, halved
- 200g Co-op dwarf beans, trimmed
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Step 1.
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, then add the trimmed green beans.
Â
Cook for up to 8 minutes until tender. Drain the water and set aside.
Step 2.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then add the chopped garlic. You’ll want to cook it quickly until it is lightly browned - be careful not to burn the garlic at this point.
Step 3.
Add the cooked beans and tomatoes, stirring well to combine with the garlic.
Â
Once the tomatoes are soft, remove from the heat and tip into a serving bowl.
Â
Finish with a sprinkling of salt and enjoy!
