
Rum and ginger cocktail
A spiced take on the classic drink, this rum and ginger cocktail is sure to keep you warm on those dark ‘n’ stormy winter nights.

What you'll need
- 50ml spiced rum (Captain Morgan is one of our favourites!)
- 30ml ginger beer or prosecco
- 20ml cranberry juice
- 15ml lime juice
- 10ml ginger wine
- 5ml honey
- Nutmeg
Method
Step 1.
Grate the fresh ginger and add it to a cocktail shaker along with lime juice and honey.
Step 2.
Add the rum, cranberry juice and ginger wine and shake thoroughly.
Step 3.
Through a sieve pour over ice into a champagne glass and top up with ginger beer or prosecco.
Step 4.
Garnish with grated nutmeg and serve.
