Easy overnight muesli
Overnight muesli makes for a nutritious breakfast so it’s a delicious way to start your day.
- 100ml Alpro oat milk
- 100g Alpen muesli
- 250ml yoghurt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- Drizzle of honey

Stir the cinnamon, nutmeg, Alpro oat milk and a pinch of salt into your Alpen muesli.
Place your muesli in the fridge and leave to soak overnight.
When you’re ready to eat, stir through the yoghurt to loosen the muesli up. Add a squeeze of honey for sweetness.
The best thing about overnight muesli is that it’s really easy to mix up the flavours. Peanut or almond butter, Nutella, bananas, & pumpkin seeds can all make delicious additions. Simply add to the muesli before placing in the fridge.Â
