Easy overnight muesli

What you'll need
  • 100ml Alpro oat milk
  • 100g Alpen muesli
  • 250ml yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Drizzle of honey
Method

Overnight oats are great but you know whats even better? Overnight muesli! By using Alpen's 'naturally wholesome' muesli with a splash of Alpro's creamy oat milk, develop a nutritional goldmine of delicious flavours and textures for the perfect morning breakfast... all overnight!

Step 1.

Stir the cinnamon, nutmeg, Alpro oat milk and a pinch of salt into your Alpen muesli.

Step 2.

Place your muesli in the fridge and leave to soak overnight. 

Step 3.

When you’re ready to eat, stir through the yoghurt to loosen the muesli up. Add a squeeze of honey for sweetness.

Experiment with flavours

The best thing about overnight muesli is that it’s really easy to mix up the flavours. Peanut or almond butter, Nutella, bananas, & pumpkin seeds can all make delicious additions. Simply add to the muesli before placing in the fridge. 

 

Go mad with the toppings as well! Add your favourite fruits, berries, and nuts right before eating for that extra boost of flavour.
