One-pot spaghetti carbonara
Our budget-friendly one-pot pasta dish takes the classic taste of Italy and makes it even easier to achieve. Try it for yourself!

What you'll need
- 400g spaghetti
- 250g smoked bacon, diced
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1.
Cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions.
Step 2.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the diced bacon and fry until lightly golden brown.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until softened.
Step 3.
Increase the heat to high and add the spaghetti to the pan. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring continuously until the pasta is tender.

Reduce the heat and stir in the eggs, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir continuously until everything is combined and a creamy sauce has formed.
