Ascona and Highland Group shine at the Forecourt Trader Awards 2024 

The Forecourt Trader Awards 2024 proved to be a night of celebration for both Highland Group and Ascona, as their forecourts were recognised across multiple categories for excellence in service, innovation, and customer care.

Highland Group’s Childerley Gate Service Station took home the prestigious award for Midlands Forecourt of the Year (over 4mlpa).

Known for its modern refuelling facilities, high-quality customer service, and impressive convenience store and farm shop offerings, Childerley Gate has become a favourite for locals and travellers alike.

This latest recognition follows on the heels of their recent Forecourt of the Year victory at the Retail Industry Awards in September, solidifying their position as a standout performer in the region.

There was also success for Highland Group’s Managing Director Tom Highland who received the Special Recognition Award for his outstanding achievements with the forecourt group over the past year.

Meanwhile, Ascona Group saw a double success of its own across its sites. Ascona Springfield Road – Aberdeen was acknowledged in the Scotland up to 4mlpa, affirming its strong presence and customer satisfaction in the region.

Ascona Machynlleth – Powys triumphed in the West Country & Wales up to 4mlpa category, further enhancing its reputation for delivering quality forecourt services.
